Ingredients:

| cup | AM Oat Flakes | | 1/2
| cup | AM Garbanzo Flour | | 1 1/4
| cup | Water | | 1
| tbsp | AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil | | 2
| tsp | Honey | | 1/4
| tsp | Sea salt, or more (optional) | | 1/2
| tsp | Non-alum baking powder |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat waffle iron. | | 2 | Place oatmeal in blender. | | 3 | Grind into coarse flour. | | 4 | Add all remaining ingredients. | | 5 | Blend. | | 6 | Let sit a few minutes. | | 7 | Blend again for 2 seconds. | | 8 | Pour into hot, well-oiled waffle iron. | | 9 | Bake 5 to 8 minutes. | | 10 | Variation: may replace ?cup water with 1 egg. |
