Ingredients:
SAUCE
2 cupCider Vinegar
1 cupBrown sugar
1 cupMustard
1/2 tspCayenne Pepper
1 1/2 tspPepper
1/2 tspSalt
1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
1 tspTabasco Sauce
MEAT
3 lbsPork Shoulder, boneless
Procedures:
1Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
2Over white hot coals, banked (the weber indirect method), place pork, brushed with sauce.
3Cook, covered for 3 hours, basting and turning frequently.
4Pull it to shreds, and add leftover sauce
