Ingredients:

| cup | Flour | | 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 2
| | Eggs, slightly beaten | | 1
| | Pinch nutmeg |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix ingredients together until smooth. | | 2 | Melt 4 tbsp butter in a 9-?inch pie pan (glass works best). | | 3 | Add mixture to pan and bake at 425 degress in a preheated oven. | | 4 | Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. | | 5 | Squeese lemon juice generously over the pancake and then sprinkle powdered sugar over it. | | 6 | Cut into quarters and serve hot. | | 7 | Also good with fresh or canned fruit spooned over the pancake. | | 8 | Enjoy |
