German pancake

Ingredients:
1/2 cupFlour
1/2 cupMilk
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 Pinch nutmeg
Procedures:
1Mix ingredients together until smooth.
2Melt 4 tbsp butter in a 9-?inch pie pan (glass works best).
3Add mixture to pan and bake at 425 degress in a preheated oven.
4Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
5Squeese lemon juice generously over the pancake and then sprinkle powdered sugar over it.
6Cut into quarters and serve hot.
7Also good with fresh or canned fruit spooned over the pancake.
