Hearty whole grain biscuits

Ingredients:
8 ozFirm silken tofu
1/4 cupApple juice
1 cupWholewheat flour
1/2 cupRye flour
1/2 cupWheatgerm, toasted
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspSalt, optional
1/4 tspSesame seeds, toasted
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 450f & oil cookie sheets.
2Blend tofu until smooth & blend in the apple & lemon juices.
3Transfer to a medium-sized mixing bowl & set aside.
4Sift together remaining ingredients, except the sesame seeds.
5Fold flours & seeds into tofu mixture.
6Turn out onto a lightly floured board, roll out dough to ? thickness, cut with cookie cutter & bake for 12 minutes.
