Ingredients:
1 cupUnpopped AM Popcorn
4 cupAM Oat Flakes
1 cupAM Wheat Flakes
1 cupAM Barley Flakes
2 cupAM Cracked Wheat
-OR- 7 Grain Cereal
2 cupCoconut (optional)
1 cupAM Sunflower Seeds
1 cupPeanuts
1 cupAM Sesame Seeds
-- (Mechanically Hulled)
1 cup-to...
2 cupHoney or other sweetener
1/2 cupAM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
1 tbspMapleine or vanilla
-OR- other flavor
OPTIONAL
1 cupRaisins
1 cupDates, chopped
1 cupDried apricots, chopped
1/2 cupDried pineapple, chopped
1/2 cupDried papaya, chopped
1 cupAlmonds, chopped
1 cupPecans, chopped
1 packBanana chips
Procedures:
1Pop popcorn.
2Combine all dry ingredients.
3Combine honey, oil, and flavoring in a separate bowl.
4Stir honey mixture into dry ingredients.
5Bake in non-preheated oven at 350°F. for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
6Remove from oven; stir in fruit.
