Ingredients:
2 eachEGG YOLKS
2/3 cupFLOUR
2/3 cupMILK
1 tbspSUGAR
1 tbspBUTTER, MELTED
1/4 tspSALT
2 eachSTIFFLY BEATEN EGG WHITES
Procedures:
1Beat egg yolks 4 to 5 minutes or until thick and lemon colored.
2Add sugar, flour, milk, butter and salt.
3Beat 2 to 3 minutes.
4Gently fold in beaten egg whites.
5Spoon batter into 12 well greased muffin pans.
6Fill to 2/3 full.
7Bake at 375 deg f. for 30 minutes.
8Serve with butter and jam or jelly if desired
