Ingredients:
4 cupSelf-rising flour
2 tbspSugar
1/4 tspBaking soda
4 cupNonfat buttermilk
1/2 cupVegetable oil
8 Egg whites
Vegetable cooking spray
Procedures:
1Combine flour, sugar, and soda in a large bowl.
2Combine buttermilk and oil; stir well.
3Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
4Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; carefully fold into batter.
5Coat a waffle iron with cooking spray and allow waffle iron to preheat.
6Pour batter onto hot waffle iron and bake.
