| cup | Firmly packed brown sugar | | 3 1/2
| oz | Bottle Wright's Natural | | | -Hickory Seasoning | | 1/4
| cup | A.1. Steak sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1/2
| tsp | Liquid hot pepper seasoning |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place brisket, fat side up, in large roasting pan; set aside. | | 2 | Blend tomato sauce, brown sugar, hickory seasoning, steak sauce, lemon juice and hot pepper seasoning; pour over brisket. | | 3 | Bake, covered, at 350f for 4 to 5 hours or until tender, basting occasionally. | | 4 | If needed, thicken cooking liquid with flour; serve with sliced meat |
