1/2 cupChopped toasted nuts (or

1/2 cupRaisins
1/2 cupHoney or maple syrup
Procedures:
1Toast oats only in 300 degree oven, stirring often till gragrant and beginning to turn golden.
2When done, stir in other ingredients.
