Ingredients:
LISA CRAWLEY/TSPN
1 Egg, room temp, separated
1 cupAll Purpose Flour
1 tspBaking Powder
1/8 tspSalt
1 tbspSugar
3 tbspMalted Milk Powder
3/4 cupMilk
4 tbspButter, melted and cooled
Procedures:
1Beat egg white in a small bowl until stiff and set aside.
2Mix together dry ingredients and set aside.
3Combine egg yolk, milk and melted butter.
4Add to dry ingredients, mixing until just blended.
5Fold in beaten egg white until just mixed.
6Do not overbeat batter.
7Note: use in your waffle iron according to your mfg"s instructions.
