Ingredients:
2 lbsRaw kibbee
1 lbsMeat filling
1/2 cupOnion
1/4 cupPine nuts
1 pinchCinnamon
4 tbspOlive oli
Procedures:
1Pour 2 t. olive oil in bottom of 9x13 in pan.
2Divide raw kibbee in half and press half into pan.
3Cover with meat filling and press other half of kibbee on top.
4Spread remaining olive oil on top.
5Bake until deep brown at 375 degrees.
6Meat filling: coarse grind 1lb.
7Beef or lamb ( i prefer lamb for filling) brown pine nuts in butter and add onions until translucent.
8Brown meat with pinch of cinnamon.
9Combine with pine nuts and onions serve with plain yogurt.
10Things i forget to tell you: just before kibbee is ready to go into oven, score the top layer(about ?inch deep) into 2 inch squares
