Pancakes by good enough to eat

Ingredients:
1/4 cupSweet butter
3 cupButtermilk
4 largeEggs
3/4 cupAP flour ( + 1 tb )
1/4 cupWhole-wheat flour
1/4 cupWheat germ
1/4 cupRolled oats
1 tbspCornmeal
1 1/2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspBaking soda
Pn Salt
Butter for skillet
Procedures:
1Whisk together melted butter, buttermilk and eggs.
2Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3Make a well in the center.
4Pour in liquid mixture.
5Mix together well, but do not overbeat.
6Allow batter to relax for 15-20 minutes.
7Preheat lightly buttered over medium-high flame.
8Ladle ?cup batter on skillet to form each pancake.
9Wait till pancakes bubbles and then flip.
10Keep pancakes warm in 250-deg oven with bowl on top.
11Makes 10-12 (large) pancakes.
