| | Pita pocket breads | | | -- halved and warmed | | 1
| med | Tomato | | | -- cut into 8 thin slices | | | PEPPER-HERB MIX | | 2
| tbsp | Dried basil leaves | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon-pepper | | 1
| tbsp | Onion powder | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Rubbed sage |

Procedures:
