Pancakes with orange sauce

Ingredients:
3/4 cupWhole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 tspBaking Powder
1 tbspHoney
2 xStiffly beaten Egg Whites
1/2 cupAll-purpose Flour
3/4 cupSkim Milk
1 tspCooking oil
Procedures:
1Pancakes combine flours, baking powder, and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
2Combine milk, honey and oil; add to dry ingredients.
3Stir just till moistened.
4Fold in egg whites.
5Spray a cold griddle with pam.
6For each pancake, pour about ?cup batter onto hot griddle.
7Cook till brown, turning when pancakes have bubbly surfaces.
8Serve with orange sauce.
9Orange sauce combine 2 t sugar and 1 t cornstarch.
10Stir in ?c water and 2 t frozen orange juice concentrate.
11Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
12Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
13Stir in one 11-oz can mandarin orange sections, drained, and 1 t finely chopped walnuts.
14Keep warm.
