Ingredients:

| cup | Whole-Wheat Flour | | 1/4
| cup | Uncooked Quick-Cooking | | | -Oatmeal | | 1
| tbsp | Baking Powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| cup | Unhomogenized, Crunchy | | | -Peanut Butter | | 1
| tbsp | Dark Sesame Oil | | 1/4
| cup | Granulated Sugar | | 1/4
| cup | Dark-Brown Sugar, packed | | 2
| | Egg Whites, lightly beaten | | 2
| cup | Nonfat Milk | | 2
| tsp | Vanilla Extract |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat a waffle iron and coat it with vegetable oil spray. | | 2 | In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oatmeal, baking powder and salt and mix well. | | 3 | In another bowl, combine the peanut butter, oil and sugars and mix until completely blended. | | 4 | Add egg whites to peanut butter mixture and mix well. | | 5 | Add the milk, a little at a time, blending well after each addition. | | 6 | Add the vanilla and mix well. | | 7 | Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix just until the dry ingredients are moistened. | | 8 | Do not over mix. | | 9 | Immediately spoon ?cup batter into the preheated waffle iron and bake about 7 minutes, or until golden brown and the waffle stops steaming |
