Pecan cinnamon muffins

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupUnbleached flour, sifted
1/4 cupSugar
1/4 cupBrown sugar, packed
2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspGround cinnamon
1 eachLarge egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cupVegetable oil
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 cupChopped pecans
Procedures:
1Sift together flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon into mixing bowl.
2Combine egg, oil and mil in small bowl; blend well.
3Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten.
4Stir in pecans.
5Spoon batter into greased 2 ?inch muffin-pan cups, filling each 2/3rds full.
6Bake in 400 °F.
7Oven 20 minutes or until golden brown.
8Serve hot with butter and homemade jelly or jam.
9Serving hint: match the mood of your mealtime by using a variety of pretty napkins to line a muffin basket.
