Ingredients:
16 ozPORK BULK SAUSAGE
Procedures:
1Shape sausage into 8 patties about ?inch thick.
2Place on rack in broiler pan.
3Bake at 375 °F.
4For 15 to 20 minutes.
5Drain on paper towels.
6Note: to make ahead, prepare as directed, then let cool completely.
7Wrap in aluminum foil; refrigerate.
8To serve, let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
9Bake at 350 °F.
10For 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly
