Ingredients:
| 2 1/4
| cup | Wholewheat flour | | 2
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1
| pinch | Salt | | 3
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1/4
| cup | Oil | | 1/2
| cup | Raisins | | 1/2
| cup | Medium or soft tofu | | 1/2
| cup | Water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine flour, baingp owder, salt & sugar in a bowl. | | 2 | Mix well. | | 3 | Stir in the oil & the raisins. | | 4 | Put the tofu & water in a food processor or a blender & blend well, until smooth. | | 5 | Pour into the dry mixture & stir until well combined. | | 6 | Turn out onto a floured board, roll out the dough & cut into scones. | | 7 | Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet & bake at 425f for 15 minutes |
