Ingredients:
| 1/2
| cup | WARM WATER | | 1
| pack | DRY ACTIVE YEAST | | 2
| cup | MILK, WARMED | | 1/2
| cup | BUTTER, MELTED | | 1
| tsp | SALT | | 1
| tsp | SUGAR | | 2
| cup | FLOUR | | 2
| each | EGGS | | 1/4
| tsp | BAKING SODA |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place warm water in a large bowl (batter will double it"s original volume). | | 2 | Sprinkle yeast in water. | | 3 | Let stand for 5 minutes. | | 4 | Add warm milk, butter salt, sugar and flour. | | 5 | Beat until smooth and blended well. | | 6 | Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature overnight. | | 7 | Just before cooking waffles, beat in eggs. | | 8 | Add baking soda and stir until well mixed. | | 9 | Batter will be thin. | | 10 | Pour into very hot waffle iron (?cup to ?cup batter) and bake until waffle is golden and crisp. | | 11 | Repeat with remaining batter. | | 12 | Note: batter will keep in refrigerator for several days |
