Ingredients:

| pack | Dry yeast | | 1/4
| cup | Warm water (110 deg f) | | 1 3/4
| cup | Milk, scalded & cooled | | 2
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 3
| | Eggs | | 1/4
| cup | Softened butter | | 2
| cup | Flour, sifted |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. | | 2 | Add milk, sugar and salt. | | 3 | Beat in eggs, butter and flour with mixer. | | 4 | Cover and let rise for 1 ?hours. | | 5 | Stir down. | | 6 | Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight or until ready to use. | | 7 | When ready to prepare, stir down and pour into hot waffle iron. | | 8 | Bake until golden brown. | | 9 | Serve with syrup or powdered sugar |
