| | Egg, or 2 egg whites | | | -or ?c egg substitute | | | Milk | | | Sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 425°F. | | 2 | Grease cookie sheet. | | 3 | Mix bisquick, apple, brown sugar, ginger, milk and egg until dough forms. | | 4 | Knead 10 times. | | 5 | Pat dough into 8 inch wide circle on cookie sheet. | | 6 | Brush with milk. | | 7 | Sprinkle with sugar. | | 8 | Cut into 8 wedges. | | 9 | Bake about 14 minutes or untl golden brown. | | 10 | Serve warm |
