1 1/2 cup+ 2 T Water
3 3/4 cupWheat bread flour
2 tbspDry milk
1 1/2 tspSalt
2 tbspButter
2 tbspHoney
1 1/2 tbspGluten
1 tbspMolasses
1 tspYeast, fast rise or machine
- or -
3 tspYeast, active dry
Procedures:
1Source: electric bread the trick to making 100% whole wheat bread in your machine is an extra knead, which gives the yeast and gluten a second chance to create a lighter loaf.
2When your first knead cycle is completed, simply reset the machine and start again - or use the whole wheat cycle, if it"s available on your machine.
3Success hints ------------- if your market doesn"t stock wheat gluten, try your local health food store.
