| 1 | Set aside 1 c flour. |
| 2 | In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients. |
| 3 | Heat water milk and butter to 125 deg f. |
| 4 | Stir liquid into dry mix - add enough flour to make soft dough. |
| 5 | Knead for about 4 minutes. |
| 6 | Divide in half and place in 5 x 8 greased pans. |
| 7 | Place pans in a large shallow pan filled half full of hot tap water. |
| 8 | Let rise for 15 minutes. |
| 9 | Place in 400 deg f. oven for about 20 minutes cool on wire rack. |
| 10 | Bake at 400 deg f. for 20 minutes |
