| 17 | Close oven door; let rise 30 minutes . |
| 18 | Remove the cover! remove pan of water! Turn oven on to 375°F. |
| 19 | Bake 20-25 minutes or til rolls are light golden in color. |
| 20 | Remove from pan to cool. |
| 21 | Serve warm. |
