90 minute dinner rolls

Ingredients:
2 tbspB sugar
1/2 tspSalt
1 Active dry yeast
1/2 cupMilk
1/4 cupWater
2 tbspB margarine
Procedures:
1Ts o 2 ?cups unsifted flour Mix ?cup of the flour, sugar, salt, and undissolved yeast.
2Heat milk, water and margarine to 120-130°F.
3(i use my temp.
4Probe of my microwave for this.
5It works great!) Gradually add milk mixture to dry mixture and beat 2 min. at medium speed of mixer.
6Add ?cup flour.
7Beat at high speed 2 minutes.
8Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough.
9On floured board knead 2 to 3 minutes.

11Works very well) Divide dough into 8-12 equal pieces.
12Shape into balls.
13Place in an 8-inch round pan.
14Pour a 1-inch depth of boiling water into large pan on bottom rack of cold oven.
15Set rolls on rack above water.
16Cover.
17Close oven door; let rise 30 minutes .
18Remove the cover! remove pan of water! Turn oven on to 375°F.
19Bake 20-25 minutes or til rolls are light golden in color.
20Remove from pan to cool.
21Serve warm.
