Baked steak & lima beans

Ingredients:
1 lbsDry Lima Beans
18 oz(1 cn) Tomato Juice
1/2 tspBlack Pepper
2 lbsRound Steak (cutin 1"strips)
1 tspDry Mustard
4 Slices Bacon
1/2 tspSalt, Or To Taste
6 cupWater
1 tbspPacked Brown Sugar
Procedures:
1Rinse beans; add 6 cups of water.
2Bring to a boil; simmer 5 minutes.
3Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 1 hour.
4Do not drain.
5After 1 hour cover, simmer 30 minutes.
6In dutch oven, cook bacon til crisp.
7Drain, reserve drippings.
8Crumble bacon; set aside.
9Coat beef with flour.
10Brown beef in hot drippings, pour off excess fat.
11Stir in beans and onion.
12Combine toamto juice, brown sugar, salt, peper and mustard.
13Pour over beans and beef mizture.
14Bake covered in 325 °F.
15Oven til tender, about 1 ?to 2 hours.
16Serve hot topped with crunbled bacon and grated cheese to taste
