Procedures:
| 1 | Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. | | 2 | Set "baking control" at 11 o"clock. | | 3 | Select "white bread" and push start. | | 4 | In hot, humid weather, use only 1-1/8 c water. | | 5 | Tested in dak 1-?lb r2d2 bread machine. |
