Procedures:
| 1 | The basic burger mix will yield 4 burgers. | | 2 | Add the following herbs and spices to the basic burger mix to create variations on the basic burgers. | | 3 | Place into smoker/cooker (i use a water cooker) with the water pan filled with cold water or ice. | | 4 | Allow the smoker to obtain cooking temperature, 180-250 degrees. | | 5 | Smoke/cook approximately 1 hour per side.(total cooking time is approximately 2-2 ?hours). | | 6 | Slop with favorite bbq sauce during the last ?hour of cooking. | | 7 | We make up a weeks supply of these at a time. | | 8 | They are absolutely delicious... |
