Ingredients:
2 cupUnbleached flour
2 tbspBaking powder
1 xDash salt
1 can(12 oz) beer or ale(no lite)
1 xHandful chopped green onion
1 xHandful grated cheese (opt)
Procedures:
1Stir flour, salt, and baking powder together.
2Add beer.
3Stir in green onions and cheese, if desired.
4Knead dough briefly, adding more flour if sticky.
5Shape into a round loaf and place in a greased pie pan or on a greased cookie sheet.
6Bake at 375 °F for 30 minutes, until golden brown or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped
