Ingredients:
1 packYeast
2 1/4 cupWarm water
2 tbspSugar
1 tbspVinegar
1 tspSalt
2 cupBread flour
Procedures:
11 disolve yeast in ?cup warm water.
2Add sugar vinegar,salt,all purpose flour.
3Add remaining water until a creamy batter is formed.
4Place in a glass bowl,cover and let sit until it starts to ferment.
5About 3 days.
6It will take on a powerful boozy smell.
7Stir again until creamy and measure out what is called for in the recipe.replenish starter with equal amounts of flour and water.
8Store in the fridge and bring to room temp before using.
9It says to allow to ferment for one week between uses but i don"t.i do let it sit out overnight after i feed it.
10This starter took about 1 ?months to become really sour
