Ingredients:

| cup | Buttermilk | | 2
| cup | Whole wheat flour | | 1
| cup | Bread flour | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Butter or margarine | | 3
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1/4
| tsp | Baking soda | | 8
| oz | Can of crushed pineapple | | | Well-drained | | 1/3
| cup | Flaked coconut | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Active dry yeast |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place all ingredients in bread pan, select light crust setting and press start. | | 2 | 1-?lb. loaf. | | 3 | After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on rack and allow to cool for 1 hour before slicing. | | 4 | Note: for welbilt/dak machines, use 2 ts yeast for panasonic/nat"l. | | 5 | Machines, use 3 ts yeast deb"s notes: substituted 3 tb of buttermilk *powder*, ?c plus 1 tb of water, and deleted baking soda in lieu of fresh buttermilk. | | 6 | Worked fine. | | 7 | Rich liked it with creamed clover honey, but he loved it in bread pudding |
