Ingredients:

| cup | Flour, all-purpose | | 1
| tbsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tbsp | Cinnamon, ground | | 1/4
| tbsp | Nutmeg, ground | | 1
| cup | Applesauce | | 1/4
| cup | Dark molasses (treacle) | | 1
| cup | Raisins | | 1/2
| cup | Nuts, chopped |

Procedures:
