Ingredients:

| | 2 lb chicken broilers, cut | | | - in half lengthwise | | 1
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 2
| tbsp | Honey | | 2
| tbsp | Onion, chopped | | 1
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix the mayonnaise, honey, onion, paprika, pepper and salt together and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. | | 2 | Using a pastry brush, coat each broiler inside and out with the flavored mayonnaise. | | 3 | Place the broilers skin side down on the rack of the broiler about 10 inches away from the heat. | | 4 | Baste frequently during the first 20 minutes of broiling. | | 5 | Turn the chicken over, breast side up, and continue to broil and baste for an additional 25 minutes, or until the breast can easily be pierced with a fork and it is golden brown |
