Apricot carrot bread

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cupAll purpose flour
1 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 cupGranulated sugar
1/2 cupApple sauce
1/2 cupShredded carrots
2 tbspVegetable oil
1/3 cupDried apricots, cut
1/2 cupPowdered sugar
2 tspApple juice
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Spran an 8x4x2 inch pan with cooking spray.
3In large mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
4In a medium size bowl combine beaten egg, sugar, apple sauce, carrots, and pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bak 45 to 60 minutes or until a toot remove from oven and let cool.
5Wrap loaf and store overnight before slicing powdered sugar icing: in small bowl combine ?cup sifted powdered sugar
