Procedures:
| 1 | Apricot-pecan loaf sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, & salt. | | 2 | Add egg, oil, & apricot nectar & blend well. | | 3 | Add apricots & pecans. | | 4 | Put into greased loaf pan & bake at 325 °F for about 1 hour. | | 5 | Cool & slice. | | 6 | 10 servings |
