Ingredients:
2 cupFlour
1 1/4 cupSugar
1 1/2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSoda
1 tspSalt
1 Egg
2 tbspCooking oil
3/4 cupApricot nectar
2 cupDried apricots, chopped
1/2 cupPecans, chopped
Procedures:
1Apricot-pecan loaf sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, & salt.
2Add egg, oil, & apricot nectar & blend well.
3Add apricots & pecans.
4Put into greased loaf pan & bake at 325 °F for about 1 hour.
5Cool & slice.
