Ingredients:

| tsp | Lite salt or less or none | | 3
| tbsp | Oil | | 1/2
| cup | Skim milk | | | 2 ea Egg whites | | 1/4
| cup | Orange juice | | 4
| tsp | Grated orange peel | | 1/4
| cup | Pecans, chopped | | | 10 ea Halves dried apricots** |

Procedures:
