| cup | Avocado pulp | | 3/4
| cup | Buttermilk | | 1/2
| cup | Dates, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Raisins | | 1/2
| cup | Walnuts, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350. | | 2 | Cream butter. | | 3 | Slowly add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. | | 4 | Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. | | 5 | Sift dry ingredients together, reserving ?cup. | | 6 | Fold dry ingredients into egg mixture, alternating with mashed avocado and buttermilk. | | 7 | Combine reserved ?cup dry ingredients with dates, raisins, and nuts; add to egg mixture. | | 8 | Pour batter into 2 greased 8-?x4-? loaf pans. | | 9 | Bake 65 minutes. | | 10 | Brush top of loaves with corn syrup and press pecans on top. | | 11 | Broil until topping bubbles. |
