Ingredients:

| each | Slices bacon | | 3/4
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 6
| tbsp | Butter, warm | | 1/3
| cup | Grated Parmesan cheese | | 2
| tsp | Tomato paste | | 3/4
| tsp | Dill seed | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preliminaries: preheat oven to 375 degrees. | | 2 | Procedure: cut the bacon into thin slivers with scissors or a sharp knife. | | 3 | Fry until crisp and drain on paper towels. | | 4 | Cool. | | 5 | In a food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine the bacon with the flour, butter, parmesan, tomato paste, dill seed and salt. | | 6 | Process until the dough forms a ball. | | 7 | Roll the dough into a 1-?inch diameter cylinder, wrap in wax paper and refrigerate several hours until firm. | | 8 | Cut into rounds 1/8 inch thick and place on ungreased baking sheets. | | 9 | Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned around the edges. | | 10 | Cool on wire racks. | | 11 | Presentation: serve at room temperature. | | 12 | Store in airtight containers |
