Bacon peanut butter corn bread

Ingredients:
12 eachBacon slices
2 cupCornmeal, self-rising
2 tbspSugar
1/2 cupPeanut butter
2 eachEggs, beaten
1 cupMilk
3 tbspOil
Procedures:
1In a heavy 10" skillet cook bacon until golden and crisp.
2Drain on paper toweling; set aside.
3Pour off all but about 1 teaspoon bacon fat from pan.
4Place pan in oven, then set oven temperature to 425°F.
5Stir together cornmeal and sugar.
6Cut in peanut butter until crumbly.
7Blend together eggs, milk, oil, and crumbled bacon.
8Add al at once to cornmeal mixture, stirring just until blended, and pour mixture into hot skillet.
9Return to oven and bake15-20 minutes
