Ingredients:
1 lbsBeef, lean, ground
1/3 lbsPork sausage
1/2 cupCornmeal
1/4 cupMilk, whole
1 largeEggs
1 smallOnion, minced
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 tspBasil leaves, dried, crumbl
-ed
Procedures:
1Mix together until well blended lean beef, pork sausage, cornmeal, milk, egg, onion, garlic and basil.
2Shape the mixture into about ?inch balls.
3If making ahead, return the meatballs to bowl, cover, and chill up to 4 hours.
