Ingredients:
2 Beef briskets, trimmed
- about 12 lbs.
6 cupBarbeque sauce
2 cupWater
50 eachHamburger buns
Procedures:
1Place briskets in a large roasting pan.
2Combine barbecue sauce and water; pour over meat.
3Cover tightly and bake at 325°F for 4 to 4 ?hours or until fork-tender.
4Remove meat from juices; cool.
5Skim fat from juices.
6Thinly slice meat; return to pan and heat in juices.
