| | Green onions, minced | | 1/4
| cup | Minced cilantro | | 2
| tbsp | Minced fresh mint leaves | | | Thai peanut sauce | | 1

| | Jalapeno pepper | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 3
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Water | | 2
| tbsp | Peanut butter | | 1

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine beef, soy, garlic, lemon juice and sugar in a plastic bag. | | 2 | Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. | | 3 | Drain meat and discard marinade. | | 4 | Heat oil in a wok or heavy skillet. | | 5 | Quickly stir-fry meat until browned. | | 6 | Divide cooked meat among cabbage leaves. | | 7 | Top with sprouts, onions, cilantro and mint. | | 8 | Drizzle with thai peanut sauce. | | 9 | Roll up each leaf like a burrito, folding one end over beef and rolling cabbage around filling. | | 10 | Pass extra sauce for dipping. | | 11 | Makes 4 servings. | | 12 | Sauce: puree garlic and jalapeno in a blender or food processor. | | 13 | Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth |
