Ingredients:
2 lbsBeef top round steak, cut
-into 1/8" thick slices
1/4 cupOnions, chopped
1 tbspBrown sugar
2 tspPaprika
1 tspOregano
1 tspChili powder
1/4 tspPepper
1/2 tspSalt
1 Bay leaf
2 clGarlic, minced
1 cupKetchup
1/4 cupWater
1 tbspVegetable oil
1/4 cupTarragon vinegar
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
2 dropLiquid smoke
Procedures:
1Combine ingredients in slow cooker; cover.
2Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, depending on how well done you want meat.
3Remove bay leaf before serving.
4Serve by itself or on rolls.
5To save time, use meat that has been cut up for stir fry.
6If you"re cutting your own, it"s easier if the meat is slightly frozen when you slice it
