Ingredients:

| lbs | Lean ground beef | | 1
| | Egg, lightly beaten | | 4
| tbsp | Seasoned bread crumbs | | 1
| tbsp | Minced parsley | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 2
| tbsp | Minced onion | | 2
| tbsp | White horseradish | | | Salt & pepper to taste | | | Barbecue sauce: | | 1/2
| cup | Chili sauce | | 3
| tbsp | Catsup | | 1
| tbsp | Worcestirshire sauce | | 1/2
| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1
| dash | Tabasco sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine all above-mixing well with your hands. | | 2 | Shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan. | | 3 | Top with sauce(recipe below) and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes-may be a bit more if you use more meat. | | 4 | Sauce: combine all sauce ingredients and spread over top of meat loaf-baste the loaf occasionally with the sauce during cooking. | | 5 | This is great left over for sandwiches |
