| cup | Butter or margarine, melted | | 1/2
| cup | Catsup | | 1/4
| cup | Brown meat sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place meat, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting an. | | 2 | Brush with melted shortening; sprinkle with salt and pepper. | | 3 | Roast, uncovered, at 325 °F. | | 4 | For 30 to 35 minutes per pound for medium rare. | | 5 | Combine butter or margarine, catsup, meat sauce and worcestershire sauce; simmmer 10 minutes. | | 6 | Add to meat 30 minutes before end of roasting time. | | 7 | Make gravy, if desired, and serve with meat |
