Ingredients:
3 lbsBeef, stew or chuck roast
2 cupOnions, chopped
3 Green peppers, chopped
1 canTomato paste, (6 ounces)
2 tspSalt
1/2 cupBrown sugar, packed
1/4 cupCider vinegar
3 tspWorcestershire Souce
1 tspDry mustard
Procedures:
1Combine the ingredients and put into a slow cooker or crockpot in order given.
2Use a 3 ?- 5 quart cooker.
3Cover and cook on high for 8 hours.
4With a wire whisk, stir mixture until meat is shredded.
5Serve on long hard rolls or hamberger buns.
