Ingredients:

| lbs | Lean Ground Meat | | 1 1/2
| cup | Bread crumbs | | 1
| large | Onion, chopped | | 1
| can | (8 oz) Tomato Sauce | | 1
| large | Egg | | 1
| tbsp | My Seasoning (follows) | | 1
| med | Green Pepper, chopped | | | SAUCE | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | 3
| tbsp | Vinegar | | 3
| tbsp | Brown Sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Prepared Mustard | | 1 1/2
| cup | Tomato sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Butter |

Procedures:
| 1 | My favorite meatloaf recipe. | | 2 | Combine the beef, bread crumbs, onion, 8 oz tomato sauce, egg, my seasoning, and green pepper. | | 3 | Mix well and place in a loaf pan. | | 4 | Combine all sauce ingredients. | | 5 | Cook in a saucepan until butter melts. | | 6 | Pour sauce over meat loaf and bake at 350°F^. | | 7 | For 1 hour. | | 8 | While baking, the sauce needs to be spooned over the meat occasionally. | | 9 | Note: make sure you use a pan large enough for the meat and sauce, or the sauce will tend to boil over while it is cooking. | | 10 | My seasoning: mix 1 part garlic powder, 1 part onion powder, ?part black pepper. | | 11 | Mix well before measuring and adding to the recipe. | | 12 | Deidre anne penrod, prodigy food & wine boar |
