Hawaiian tempeh kebobs

Ingredients:
2 tbspTamari
1/2 cupLemon juice, fresh
1 tspGarlic, pressed
1/4 tspAllspice
10 ozTempeh, cut into 12 cubes
1 cupPineapple, cubed
1 cupZucchini, sliced
1 cupTomatoes, cherry
Tangy Orange Sauce (see rec)
Procedures:
1In a large bowl, combine the marinade ingredients, then add the tempeh, pineapple, zucchini, and tomatoes.
2Let marinate for 2 hours.
3Skewer, then broil or grill for 10 minutes.
4Brush on the sauce and cook an additional 5 minutes.
