Ingredients:
1 Pound thinly sliced cooked r
-Beef, cut into 1-inch strip
-(about 3 cups)
6 Hamburger buns, split
Tangy barbecue sauce
1/2 cupKetchup
1/4 cupVinegar
2 tbspChopped onion
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
2 tspPacked brown sugar
1/4 tspDry mustard
1 Cl Garlic, crushed
Procedures:
1Prepare tangy barbecue sauce.
2Heat all ingredients to boiling in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat.
3Simmer uncovered 15 minutes, stirring constantly.stir beef into sauce.
4Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until beef is hot.
5Fill buns with beef mixture.6 sandwiches; 375 calories per sandwich.to microwave: mix sauce ingredients in 4-cup microwavable measure.
6Microwave uncovered on high 4 to 6 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until sauce is slightly thickened.
7Stir beef into sauce.
