Farmhouse barbecue muffins

Ingredients:
10 ozRefrigerated buttermilk
-biscuits
1 lbsGround beef
1/2 cupKetchup
3 tbspBrown sugar
1 tbspCider vinegar
1/2 tspChili powder
1 cup(4 oz.) shredded cheddar
-cheese
Procedures:

2Press each into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin cup; set aside.
3In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
4In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder; stir until smooth.
5Add to meat and mix well.
6Divide the meat mixture among biscuit-lined muffin cups, using about ?cup for each.
7Sprinkle with cheese.
8Bake at 375 °F for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
9Cool for 5 minutes before removing from tin and serving.
