Barbecued spareribs

Ingredients:
2 lbsSpareribs
2 tbspDark soy sauce
3 tbspOrange honey
3 tbsp"Koon Chun" Hoisin sauce
-(or Chee Hou or Chap
-Sam sauce)
1 Clove garlic
1/2 tspHot chili oil (omit with
-Chap Sam sauce)
1 Green onion
2 tbspThin soy sauce
1 tbspDry Marsala
Procedures:
1Preparation: chop ribs into 2" sections.
2Mix remaining ingredients and marinate ribs in mixture for 4-6 hours, turning several times.
3If you marinate overnight, keep refrigerated, and allow to warm up before baking.
4Baking: preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5Drain ribs, saving marinade.
6Place ribs on rack in roasting pan.
7Bake at 325 °F for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes.
8Turn up heat to 375 and finish undisturbed for 15 minutes - until slightly rusty.
9Serve hot.
